Description

Reporting to Chief Executive Manager Operational Duties: •Develops commercial organizational strategies concerning sales (local and export), marketing and finance, •Monitors and manages the implementation of company’s strategies in the commercial sector. •Monitors and assesses yearly departmental plans for the commercial sector. •Improves and controls all processes in the commercial sector. •Manages vertical and horizontal communication for the commercial sector. •Manages business cycle and scope of work inside the commercial department. •Achieves and implements the organization’s policies and targets of the commercial sector. •Follows up daily sales activities in regards of sales orders, delivery and collection. •Develops, manages and controls yearly sales targets and marketing campaigns budgets. •Approaches and opens new accounts for export departments. •Follows up on customer satisfaction and customer service activities. •Follows up on marketing activities and promotion plans. •Follows up on Export orders in regards of pricing, sales order, delivery and collection. •Manages Customer relationship in regards of customer negotiations and unsatisfactory and comments. •Carries out regular commercial meetings. •Maintains good communication between commercial sector and other related sectors (Production, HR, QA & Logistics). People development and Training Duties: •Determines and implements development and training requirements for commercial departments. •Solves internal conflicts intra departments and between departments. •Assesses departmental performance vs. acknowledged goals. •Assesses and evaluates subordinates performance (head of departments and supervisors). •Spreads and develops organizational culture and professionalism. •Develops and implements motivation plans (internal and external incentives). Financial Duties: •Work capital management. •Cost reduction activities. •Cost of quality analysis. •Operation cost analysis. •Sales expenses analysis. •Determine commissions and salaries. •Follow up activity based cost. •Profit and loss reports analysis. •Control an follow on profit and loss analysis. •Develop and manage clients credit facilities. •Pricing policy (local/ export) and price lists development. •Performs any other related tasks required by CEO.
